Current Safeguarding Policy
Risk Assessment (for off-site visits)
Current Health and Safety Policy
Recent Business Banking Statement (issued within the past 3 months)
Current Inclusion Policy (Equal Opportunities Policy)
New Supplier Form (Blank Form Attached)
Current Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5M for low-risk, £10M for high-risk activities)
